Hi there, I recently had a dent appear in the front of my forehead. It is about the width of an index finger and narrows as it moves down towards the lower part of the forehead. It's around 2 inches in length and a depth of a few mil. I am 42 a non-smoker, don't drink alcohol or any soda, never eat red meat or pork and always avoid junk food. Take a lot of regular exercise and do my best to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Have you ever heard of this? It suddenly appeared almost overnight without a head injury. Thank you. Regards, Mark.
