As the above mentioned disorders could present with symptoms similiar to what you are experiencing now, it would be worthwhile to get the following investigations done like, hemoglobin, blood sugars, thyroid function test, serum electrolytes,Calcium levels, vitamin B12 levels, ECG.
Please sign up for yoga/relaxation classes which will reduce your depression/anxiety.
Hope this helps.

Have Depression. Have Chest Pain, Heavy Shoulder, Increased Heart Beat. What Is Happening?
Hi there, Thanks for writing in. Your symptoms of pressure on the chest, palpitations(fast heart beat) might be due to depression/ Anxiety. However, I would advise you to visit a physician to rule out other possible causes like heart disease, Anaemia,GERD(gastro esophageal reflux disease),thyroid disorders, Vitamin B12 defeciency, abnormalities in the electrolyte levels, low blood sugar levels etc. As the above mentioned disorders could present with symptoms similiar to what you are experiencing now, it would be worthwhile to get the following investigations done like, hemoglobin, blood sugars, thyroid function test, serum electrolytes,Calcium levels, vitamin B12 levels, ECG.
