Have Deudenal & Gastric Ulcer, Hiatus Hernis.Pain, Diarrhea. Diagnosed Pneumopericardium. Suggestions?

I have duodenal ulcer and transient gastric ulcer. Small hiatus hernia and some watermelon stomach. I was diagnosed whilst investigating unexplained neumopericardium. I was in hospital but today had terrible diarrhoea which is green and I've got reoccurrence of the pain in upper left hand side of abdomen. Where original pain was.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
You have not mentioned what medications you have taken.
For the ulcers and pain you need to prilosec for 4-8 weeks.
For diarrhea, get your stool test done to rule out infection.
Take probiotic supplements.
Sometimes conditions causing increased acidity which causes ulcer can also cause diarrhea. Discuss with your doctor about this possibility if there is persistent of recurrent symptoms.
