Having dry feet is very common with people and specially in
diabetes.
Soles of feet have no sweat glands and hence there is natural tendency for a dry feet in people which gets accentuated in diabetics.
You should stop using TOPISAL now as it is a
steroid.
In normal course you may keep on applying XERINA as it has
glycolic acid and urea in it which are very good moisturisers.
You can even apply some olive oil also.
Keep taking evion LC as it a nutritional supplement and an oxidant.
As far as
MAXEPA is concerned,you may take it for 2 months and then put a gap of two months.
Don't rub your feet vigorously after bath.
Regularly use moisturisers.
Keep properly hydrated
Avoid alcohol and caffeine,as they dehydrate you.
Avoid fragrant soaps on feet.
Avoid
sauna baths.
