Have Discharge From Wound, Thick And Orange. Had Morphine Pain Pump Inserted. Infection?

Hi. I had a morphine pain pump inserted one week ago. The pump is in my belly, with a catheter going into my spine . Last night the wound began to ooze and then quickly drain a HUGE amount of orange fluid, probably 1/2 cup. The fluid is just slightly thick, somewhat watery, with no smell. Does this sound like infection ?

Hello,

It looks like infection, blood mixed with pus can appear orange in color.I think you should bring this to notice of your doctor soon. You will need a good antibiotic cover for this .

Regards.
