Have Discomfort On Abdomen And Feels Like Pulled Muscle. Suspected To Have Hernia. Suggest?

I have some discomfort on my lower left abdomen. It is not very painful and feels like a pulled muscle. I went to family dr and he checked for hernia. Said he may have felt small one but think it required surgery and watch it for a month. It has been 3 weeks and still have the discomfort every once in a while. I don't have any more symtons to go along with it. It does seem to be worst when I wear tighter pants. What could this be?

definately there are chances of hernia
as your history states that when you put tight cloths
there is pressure on hernial contents causing strangulation of hernial contents leading to more discomfort
need t have surgical corectio of hernia
