Have Dull Pains In Cervix, Feel Bloated, Cramps. Got PCOS

I'm having dull pains in my cervix when tightening my pelvic floor as I urinate (you know, when you tighten to cut off the flow) I also feel bloated and crampy. Honestly it feels like a less extreme version of dilating during labor. I have pcos so I never know when I'm going to have a period and this might just be oncoming period pain. However I have never had this type of pain before. Should the pain be something to worry about or should I just let it go for a while and see if it gets better? I guess I should allow mention I have in the past been diagnosed with HPV. That was 8 years ago when pregnant with my first son, since then I have not had an irregular pap.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for discussing your concerns with us.
Best way to sort this out is to plan a Gynecologist visit, have local examination & a fresh pap smear. You should also have a pelvic ultrasound, preferably trans-vaginal.
Also have one urine DR to exclude infection.
If all this is normal, you may take it as a period pain.
Wish you good health.
Best regards.
