You have
Hypertension and
High Cholesterol level,with high Serum Lipase level.
It is most commonly elevated in Pancreatitis which is more commonly seen in Alcoholics but this enzyme can be raised in various other conditions:Kidney failure,Extremely overweight (obese), High
triglyceride levels, family history of pancreatitis,
cholecystitis, Pancreas malignancy,
If you do not take alcohol Lipid abnormality specially if Triglycerides is high may be cause of high lipase level.Even Smoking ?
You should also consider drugs as cause if you take any,Drugs: Diuretics (e.g., thiazides, furosemide), Tetracycline, Sulfonamides, Estrogens, Azathioprine and
mercaptopurine, Pentamidine,Salicylates, Steroids.
You should see Gastroenterologist with investigations it should be possible to know cause then it can be treated accordingly.
