Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have Hypertension and High Cholesterol level, with high Serum Lipase level.
It is most commonly elevated in Pancreatitis which is more commonly seen in Alcoholics but this enzyme can be raised in various other conditions:Kidney failure,Extremely overweight (obese), High triglyceride levels, family history of pancreatitis, cholecystitis, Pancreas malignancy,
If you do not take alcohol Lipid abnormality specially if Triglycerides is high may be cause of high lipase level.Even Smoking ?
You should also consider drugs as cause if you take any,Drugs: Diuretics (e.g., thiazides, furosemide), Tetracycline, Sulfonamides, Estrogens, Azathioprine and mercaptopurine, Pentamidine,Salicylates, Steroids.
You should see Gastroenterologist with investigations it should be possible to know cause then it can be treated accordingly.
Take care
Good luck

Critical Care Specialist Dr. Arshad Hussain's  Response
Hello
Well come health care magic
Dear patient, causes of high serum lipase level include the following
. acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic tumours or any pancreatic injury resulting from trauma, surgery or prcedure like ERCP
. cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction resulting from adhesions due to previous surgery, doudenal ulcers or coeliac disease
. renal failure
.Drugs like furoseamide,OCP, steroids, antiepileptic drugs etc
. HIV infection
.Macrolipesemia
. hypertriglyceridemia
Idiopathic
so in your case you can get the following tests done like CECT abdomen , renal function test, HIV test and get evalvated by a gastroenterologist for the diseases like duodenal ulcer , coeliac disease and intestinal obstruction and if every thing comes normal then you may be having idiopathic hyperlipasemia or macrolipasemia and for both these conditions nothing needs to be done
thanks
