Have Endometrial Hyperplasia. Hysterectomy To Be Done. Is It Done Vaginally?
Thank you. This is new to me. I have endometrial hyperplasia and after reading lots on the internet I would be wise to have a hysterectomy. Are total hysterectomies done vaginally for this problem or does the doctor have to open me up to see whether there is cancer there first and/or whether it has spread. I am not sleeping and am fairly scared. Rita

I can understand your worry Vaginal Hysterectomy is all depend upon certain parameters ( Medical and clinical ) patient should be candidate for this, it is not the case that you can ask for it, if you are not fit for it then you will have to go for abdominal hysterectomy, moreover surgeon is the final judge, you better discus it with your surgeon, take great care of your self have great day.
