Have Extra Phlegm In Nose And Have Gas Problem. ENT Advised Surgery. Suggest?

Respected Doctor!
I have extra meat in nose and also i have gas problem almost in my left side near heart area and rarely in other parts of my body like head. so please tell me that is my gas problem is due to extra meat in my nose? An ENT specialist has advised me about surgery of my nose and i am very afraid about that. What should i do for these two problems?

Do not take any bizarre ideas in your mind, abdominal gas or intestinal gas remains in GI tract only it is no way for it to escape from it go any where in side the body, it is human being who always thinks in this way, and becomes panic,, it is not the piece of meat but it must be polyp (Nasal) if it is obstruction then it should be excised, otherwise medicine some time brings the good result, you can discus it with your ENT surgeon have nice day. ( Every body should read the basic life science )
