Have Feeling If Heart Skipping Beats. Have Anxiety, Gastritis And IBS. ALl Test Done. What Could Be The Reason?

I have anxiety but I keep getting a thud in my up chest and throat that feels like my heart is skipping beats. I do have gastritis and my OBGYN says I have IBS. I have a very stressful job but I've never had this before and if you can imagine it's only making my anxiety worse because my biggest fear is heart attacks. I have had a few EKG's in the past few years and they say everything is fine. What could this be?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concern and panic attacks can be difficult. I also feel like that it would be helpful for you to practice yoga and pranayama which are useful in the treatment ofyour anxiety, gastritis and IBS. I also think that you can make a good choice by visiting with a psychiatrist. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
