Have Fever And Sharp Pain From Belly Button To Pubic Bone. Cause?

Hi therr . Iam a 42 year old women. I stRted to get sharp stabbing pans in lower stomach . From belly button to pubic bone. I also have a minor fever .its been over 12 hours of pain. The pain is excruciating. It doesnt go away. I also feel like i have.to have Bowel moment but when i.sit on toilet the pains are worse whem im trying to push down. alzo my sholder joints and arms are.very weak. Any idea what this could be
