Welcome to HCM.It would be best to get this checked up by your doctor/Orthopaedic Surgeon. This may be a localised infalmmation/secondary to bursitis/secondary to a growth or tumour.Imaging studies like CT scan/MRI scan will help if a X-ray is not diagnostic.A needle aspiration of the fluid and subsequent tests may reveal the problem.
