Have Follicle, Not Ruptured, Abdominal Pain. On Clomid, Ecosprin. Can I Conceive?
i had clomid 50 mg from cd4-8, and ecosprin 75 from cd4-24 and i am going through follicular study. On cd16 follicle was 19mm and endo. thickness 6.5 my doc gave me hcg 0000 injection but egg didnt rupture and on cd21 my egg size was 29mm and on the same night i had severe pain in lower left abdomen.. does that mean that my egg ruptured and is there any chance to concieve this month

The only objective way to document ovulation is to have an ultrasound.
If the follicle did not rupture till 29 mm, then chances are high that it would not rupture and would lead to a follicular cyst.
Please confirm ovulation by a scan which would show free fluid also.
Remain sexually active this month anyway.
