I read your query regarding your sinusitis and headache. You are on conservative treatment but not getting releaf.
As per your MRI report you are having multiple sinus involvement as both maxillary sinuses, both sphenoid sinuses and ethmoid sinuses as well. Medically we call it as pan sinusitis.
According to your mri observation and response to conservative treatment I think FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery ) is really necessary for your treatment. This is a very comfortable method of surgery with good postoperative results. Because if your sinusitis is not managed properly than there are chances to land on some complications of sinusitis.
Therfore you should consult any expert ENT specialist for your treatment.
