Hi,
As you are not mentioning your gender, and your age, I can only give a presumptive answer:
- If you are a male of over the 50s, most probably you are facing problems with
enlarged prostate. You need to go for
ultrasound and digital exam to determine these problems.
- If you a female (or even a male), another probability is
urinary tract infection. For this, you would need to do urine analysis and urine culture to determine the right treatment.
- Next, if you are a male and not been circumcised, you should talk to your
urologist to decide whether
circumcision is the right treatment for you.
Meanwhile, I would recommend to:
- stop using stimulants of bladder (such as coffee, alcohol, energy drinks, cola, chillies, fried foods, etc.)
- do some Kegel exercises - train yourself at the toilet. When it comes the urge to go to the toilet, you can sit on your legs trying to urinate, then; after a while stop and try to keep it as long as you can and then empty the bladder for full.
You can discuss the details with your urologist.
- have some teas that can help naturally resolve urinary tract problems (such as uva ursi, rosa canina, I have seen my patients do have satisfactory results with these type of tea-treatment).
Hope it helped!
