Have Genetic Problem On My Face. Rises On Sun, Fades In Shadow. Treatment?

Hi,
I am Tumpa from Bangladesh. I have genetical problem on my face(It is small black holes-over the face). It was starting when I was 15 years old,now I am 22 and the problem is going more and more...........It rises on the sun tight but reduces on the shadow or night. Please give me some sugestion for how can I remove from my face.

Hi,

Thanks for writing here.

From the information you mentioned it seems you have freckles.Avoiding sun exposure is quite essential.Use good sunscreen at day time.At night you can use depigmenting cream like demelan.

Freckles can be removed by phenolisation,lasers.You need to consult a dermatologist for this.
