Have Growing Lipoma. Advised Surgery. Alternate Solution?

I am 28 year old male, serving in Indian Army. Since last 4-5 years I have a problem of lipoma, before I neglected the abnormal growth happened in my body, but, now these tumor type lipoma gradually grows bigger in size, and now the situation is, it spreads over my whole body. it feels very bad while looking the humps created due to these lipoma. once i went to a doctor for this problem, he suggested me for surgery, but it is quite impossible because it spreads in the whole body. please suggest me a better solution without surgery to get rid of the problem. its essential because I am going to marry.

Lipoma is a benign condition.
It grows slowly for a short period of time,
But eventually it stops growing.
Surgery is the only option, but it is not required.
dont worry it will decrease on its own.
