Have Had Protected Sex, Pulled Back Foreskin. Is It STD?
Hello I am a 26 year old male I have regular protected sex with my girlfriend of 6 years and this is not and std and have noticed over the last 6 to 8 months a hard skin tag like thing when I pull back my foreskin (iam uncircumcised ) located right by where the foreskin connects to the head. I would just like to know what this is and if it can be easily removed and if it will be expensive. Thank you for your help.
Hi ! From your history, it seems that due to regular sex, which might have become vigorous at times, there could have been a minor tear at the frenum ( attachment of the foreskin to the penis below) which has healed of its own in due course with fibrosis which you are feeling now as a skin tag. If I would have been your surgeon, I would leave it like that excepting for regular observation at a particular interval, if it is not causing any problem in your daily routine life. All the best.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. The inflammation of the prepuce is known as posthitis , still according to your history it is posthitis . This inflammation may spread to glans , so before get it be examined by a surgeon . Surgeon will decide future course of action. Good luck. Dr. HET
