Have Headaches Behind The Eyes. Has Pressure And Stabbing Pain. Healthy Otherwise. Any Other Medicine Beyond Tylenol?

My husband has been having significant headaches right behind his eyes for the last several days. They are much worse when he bends over or moves quickly. He describes them as pressure and stabbing pain. He has not had a cold or fever, and is otherwise healthy. Is there something he should be doing beyond Tylenol or ibuprofent do to treat them?

Hi, the pain behind the eye ball, oressure, and head ache, usually suggests glaucoma, sinusitis, sinus infection, or migraine . so i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, anti inflamatories, decongestants, and syrup containing antihistamine. Thank you.
