Have Headaches, Vision Problem And Pain In Arms. Have Been Prescribed Glasses. Advice?

I have been having headaches for about a week now and I have been having vision problems that have got progressively worse over the last few weeks. I also have aching in my arms (mostly in my right arm and occasionally in my legs) I have been to the doctor and he referred me to an optometrist who has prescribed glasses for me. I haven t got the glasses yet but I worried there is something going on in my brain.
