Have Heart Murmur. Increased Heartbeat, Red Face, Warm Body. Due To Heart Problem?
Hello. I have a boyfriend with a heart murmur and he mixed that with a monster, later on that day he was walking around really hyper and awake; the next minute I look he is laying down holding his chest . He said he was weak and his heart felt like it was racing, he was red in the face, and he was very warm like he had a small temp. could that been because he has a heart problem.?

It needs investigations – Physical examination + ECG + ECHOcardiogram
A racing heart needs 24-hour ambulatory monitoring (Holter).
Anxiety and Thyroid have also to be investigated.
He should see a cardiologist / Internist
