Have Herniated Discs, Back And Leg Pain. Have Back Arthritis. Dizziness, Losing Balance. Hurts To Walk

I have L5 and L6, S1 herniated discs. Have had pain in back and legs for a few years, have been on pain meds, had the injections and am in more pain now than ever. I was told I also have arthritis in my back. I can't walk without pain and sitting causes pain. I have a spot on the heel of my right foot that feels like i'm walking on hot coals. This spot hurts while I'm standing and sometimes have very sharp pains in this place while sitting. I feel as though my legs are going to buckle under me while walking, sometimes don't get my feet picked up from floor while walking and almost fall. I am dizzy and lightheaded quite often and lose my balance frequently. All of this has taken a toll on my life, don't feel like doing anything because it hurts too bad to walk.

there is possibility of having osteoporosis or osteomalcia.

Take high dose of Calcium, vitamin D and A supplements.
Ok and take care.
