Have High BP And Anxiety. Took Medication For Both But Off No Use. What To Do?

I HAVE HAD ANXIETY ATTACK FOR OVER A WEEK WERE MY BODY WON'T STOP JUMPING INSIDE I DID HAD ONE ANXIETY TABLET WHICH MADE IT UNBEARABLE I ALSO HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE 160 OVER 70.I TOOK BLOOD PRESSURE FOR A WEEK AN HAD A ALLERGIC REACTION TO THAT. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP. I AM ALMOST 70 AND OTHERWISE IN GOOD HEALTH . THANK YOU PATRICIA

I understand your concerns. I also think that you are having anxiety attacks for a reason and you should be on medications as well, since you are also having high blood pressure. I hope you understand and visit with a good psychiatric practitioner who can help with these conditions. Yoga and pranayama along with exercise daily can also help. I hope you understand.
