hi, iam 43 years old and from 10 years i have hbp ,which was 130/90 . now it will be 160/110 or 130/90. i never took any tablets for hbp and 2 years ago igot uritheral surgery in which structure was formed. for this from that time till now i am doing dylate and before my creatinine was 1.3 and now it is 1.7 . mostly during passing of urine i am getting pain and iam having backpain also . which type of fruits and vegetables i should use and my doctor told , not to eat pulses and red meat. what should i do now? . iam waiting for your answer. thanks.
You are beginning to have kidney failure – because of neglecting to treat the blood pressure / added later on by obstructive uropathy from urethral stricture. You should consult a kidney specialist (Nephrologist) – to prevent further progression of your kidney problem... He will be able to advise on fruits and vegetables – based on results of blood test, especially potassium...
