hello there
low cholestrol is a good thing. and high potassium is because of high glucose in blood. you need to control that. it is because potassium and glucose entry are correlated into the b cells of pancrease , the place where insulin is supposed to produce, and all other body cells accept glucose with potassium, so disturbed mehanisms as in diabetes then predispose to electrolyted derangements.
you said pale and shoulder pain. with past history of hepatitis b.
why dont you do the elisa test for hepatitis to see its activity, mean while do liver function tests associated with ultrasound, the only shoulder pain because of hepatobiliary region will be excluded that way. do pancreatic profile too. serum and urinary amylases, amylase to lipase ratio to be on the safer road.

and all other symptoms you feel is because diabetes is a morbid illnes neuropathies and vasculopathies and your loss of vision is also be cause of this diabetes. so i am pretty sure all this trouble is because of diabetes. control it.
if your hypoglycemic agent is not enough rplace it with another and if still not you can start insulin injectables. mean while modify your life style. stop ssmoking, excercise daily for 45 mins at least. regularly follow up opthalmic exams for your eys, and on and off go to a podiatrist for your feet safety. cause remember it will be very difficult for a wound to heal in diabetes.
do check your renal functions and once in a month collect your pee in the jar for 24 hous to see the volume status and the urinary proteins.
i assure you your troubles will be lessened once glucose levels come back to controlled ranges

regards
