Have Hypoglycemia, Blood Glucose 83, Lightheaded, Pressure At Base Of Sternum. What Should I Do?

I was walking today. cool outside. started sweating as if I were doing aerobics. I got weak and shaky. when I got home I sat down and my heart was pounding. I do have hypoglycemia. I have eaten recently. my blood glucose is 83. I feel lighthead and have a slight pressure at the base of my sternum.

Hi!

I had gone through the history and understood your problem.

Blood sugar of 83 at the time symptoms is not the hypoglycemia.
Your sugar was normal.

You need to get an ECG and cardiac enzymes done today itself.
Also get your blood pressure checked.
