Have Ingrown Toenail For Years, Bleeding. Took Antibiotics, Burnt Off Infection, Not Helping. Safe Remedy

Hi there, I have had an ingrown toenail for nearly 6 years, it is on the right side of my left big toe. it oozes and bleeds most days. I have tried most things such as antibiotics countless times, soaking, had half of my toenail off once, had my whole toenail off once and even tried having the infection burnt off. What else can I do?
