Ingrown toenail. Hi, recently I have gotten an ingrown toenail on both toes. I started by disinfecting it, and wrapping gauze and plaster around it. It now is severely red, and have had to lift the toenail out from under the skin. Upon squeezing, it leaks yellow pus. How can I fix my toes!? Help!
Some of the suggestions that I have are: - Soak your feet in warm water - After each soaking, put fresh bits of cotton or waxed dental floss under the ingrown edge - Apply antibiotic cream - Take pain relievers
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
