Irregular periods could be due to hormonal imbalance or even ovarian pathology like a cyst. You need to be investigated thoroughly. Blood hormone levels need to be done along with an HSG(XRAY) and ultrasound. The cause for the irregular periods has to be determined before you can be treated.
