Have Joint Pain Before Which Have Been Diagnosed With TB
Hi,
I have been diagonsed of TB in the month of July by the cultural report.I am on AKT4 from than.But since last week i am experiencing severe pain in my joints of legs.The pain is severe while bending, sitting and folding of legs.Kindly let me know on how can I overcome it.

Hello,
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of post TB arthritis or recurrence of TB
You may need to investigate like CRP ,CBC,ESR
PCR culture is very useful to find culprit organism.
If infection is persistent debriedement is required.
