Have Light Fever In Night. Done Pathological Test. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me?

Hi, My wife, age 32years is having light fever in every night (100°C). I have done a pathological test yesterday and found the followings-
WIDAL Test:
TO-1:160, TH-1:160, AO-1:20, AH-1:20, BO-1:80 and BH1:160

CBC Test:
Hemoglobin: 6.1 gm/dl, Hematocit/PCV: 21.9%, ESR: 69, Red Cell (MCV:59.5, MCH:16.6, MCHC: 27.9, RDW-CV: 20.1)

the others are within the range.

Could you please advise what kind of problem she is facing?

Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, this suggests that your wife is suffering from Typhoid with anemia. She requires antibiotic treatment for typhoid (for 10 days) and also evaluation for anemia and based on that proper treatment. So I advice you to consult your doctor for complete management. Ask her to wash her hands with soap water before having food, cooking and also maintain good healthy hygiene practice.

Hope this help you.

Regards
