Have Little Red Bumps On My Vulva. Not Painful. Red And Cover The Surface. Try To Moisturize It. How To Get Rid Of The Bumps?

Hi, I have little red bumps on my vulva that have white centres. They are not painful unless squeezed but they are very red and cover the surface where I recently shaved. This always happens after I shave and I have tried applying aftershave balm for sensitive skin and moisturising on a daily basis but they are still there. Is there any way to still shave but prevent/get rid of these bumps?
Thanks

Hi and thanks for the query,
It is important to know what type of bumps are, and the possible causes. The duration of the bumps and accompanying symptoms are important in the decision making process of choosing the right drug, and also the amount or duration of treatment. Knowing the sexual history and any notions of sexually transmitted infections in the past is also important. This could be due to a viral infection , bacterial or at times some benign tumor, and all these various causes do have different treatment options to be applied. I do suggest you consult your primary care doctor first for a proper clinical review.
