Have Lumps Around The Anus. No Medication Till Now. How To Get Rid Of This?

I am a 22 year old female and I have recently noticed 4 or 5 small flesh coloured tiny lumps around my anus. They are not painful, discoloured or bleed they just itch sometimes at night. I recently had bad diarrhoea followed by constipation so I do not know if it could be from this? I am not sure whether it is a serious problem but I am trying to find out how to remove them?

It looks like you are having piles. There are engorged veins filled with blood and one can feel these blood filled veins as lump around anus. Frequently they cause bleeding to that extent to develop anemia ( especially if ignored)
I suggest you to visit surgeon, he will examine the lump and confirm what is it? Piles can be confirmed by clinical examination only
Depending upon stages of pile doctor will offer you the treatment that may be medicines, procedure (banding) or surgical removal.
