Have Lumps On Head, Small Itch Bite Like Areas In Center Of Nape Of Neck. Done Flu Vaccine

I have 2 lumps (one around 1-1/2"Lx1"Wx3/16"D and the other about 1/3 of that size) on my head, in the back (neck) hairline on the left side. I also have, right in the center of the nape of my neck 2 small, itch bite-like areas. The large 'lumps' a sore to the touch. I had a flu vaccine yesterday and don't know if that would have anything to do with this or maybe an insect bite??? I live in Rhode Island and have really not be outside much at all since returning home on 10/08/13 from Boulder County Colorado. Any thoughts?

Hi thanks for writing here.Lumps are due to bacterial infection.Apply antibiotic cream like t bact.Shampoo hair regularly.In case lump do not resolve need to take oral analgesics and antibiotics.Hope this will help you.Take care.
