Have Migraine Headache. Took CT Scan Of Head. What Is The Cause And Remedy For This?

Plain CT Scan of Head was done with Axial sections and here is the summary of the report:
- Posterior fossa structures are normal.
- There is a small calcified granuloma with no perilesional oedema in Lt temporal lobe.
- Ventricular system is normal.
- No shift of midline structures.
- Extra-cerebral spaces are normal.

Impression: Calcified granuloma in Lt temporal lobe. What does this mean and I'm having migraine headache for past 1 month.

hi
you are a patient of temporal lobe granuloma causing migraine.
1.benign (harmless lesion)99%
2.old healed calcified tuberculoma(TB)
3.av malformation(vessel)
4.toxoplamosis
5.cycsticercosis(worms)
but it needs to be investigated like mri with contrast to see if the granuloma can take contrast
lumber puncture to see csf fluid
go to neurologist as he will advice the above tests and then we can prove it from above
take care
your migraine is coz of granuloma until proven other wise
