Have Migraines, chronic Tremor Episodes, MRI Shows Arachnoids Cysts With Pressure On Cerebellum. Taking Botox Injection. Help?

Second opinions, I have a neurologist who is treating me for migraines and "severe chronic tremor episodes" about once or twice a week. MRI (from previous hospital I was admitted to after another fall; three hospital admissions since February) showing two arachnoids cysts 2 x 9 and 2 x 8 bilaterally with pressure on the cerebellum. My headaches are getting worse and he did Botox injections, haven't help yet. He has never seen the report from the previous doctor nor has he requested a radiographic CD. This is making me nervous, should I be, and get another opinion? I am having eyesight problems (could be age), sharp stabbing on the side of my head, and severe jerks even while asleep???

Hello. In function of their symptoms and MRI showing cysts you should go to a Neurosurgeon. He will review you and will decide if surgical intervention is necessary for your arachnoid cysts. If surgical intervention is necessary, tell you that probably is realized with endoscopic surgery with minimal incision and faster recovery.I wish you good health.
