well, i get these completely random mood swings. They are happening so frequently it s starting to concern me right now. Right now i feel empty like anything could make me cry. I feel so sick and useless and i can get angry really quickly. I can t help it but when i m upset i get really upset and i will not be able to help it

Mood swings are generally the manifestations of Bipolar Disorder mixed type . it is a very common disorder and caused lots of serious social, familial and personal losses. you should consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. the outcome can be good if proper medications are taken regularly
