- Blood sugar levels : fasting, 2hours EACH AFTER breakfast, lunch and dinner and at 3AM (at night).
- Blood pressure reading as soon as she wakes up
- Blood Urea,
Creatinine levels
- Blood Vit D levels
- Chest X-ray
- ECG, 2-D AND STRESS Echo
- MRI Brain
From the information provided, your mother is probably suffering from:-
(a) Diabetic complications :- autonomic neuropathy, ongoing
Vitamin B12 deficiency;
recurrent hypoglycemia,
peripheral polyneuropathy.
(b) Chronic severe mental depression with possible early dementia
(c)
Hypertensive heart disease or coronary artery disease, with impending
heart failure (in view of her dry cough during sleep at night)
(d)
Pulmonary tuberculosis.
(e) Osteoarthritis
