Have Muscle Ache And Stiffness In The Back Of The Lower Neck
Hi, Im 26, female and the past day or two have had some muscle ache and stiffness in the back of my neck lower skull area. Ive taken a pain reliever and it hadn't helped. ive had some light headedness today with headache like a full all around pressure that makes my head feel heavy but light at the same time and just felt "off" I do get headaches from weather changes and with two small kids muscle aches aren't uncommon I just want to be sure its not something I should look into further??
I am so sorry to hear about this ache. The description of these symptoms seems to be limited to the bone and soft tissue around the neck,. Pain medications should be able to help. I will recommend a combination of Ibuprofen and Tylenol if you have no contra indications to these products for a few days. This should help resolve the problem.
I hope this addresses your query fully. Feel free to ask for clarifications and more information if need be. I wish you well. Thanks for utilizing our services, we very much appreciate it. Dr. Ditah, MD.
