Have Obstructive Lung Disease. Severe Fever, Asthma, Increased TLC Showed In Blood Test. Treatment?

My friend is suffering obstructive lung disease. He is just 25 years now, and does not have the habit of smoking. One week before he got severe fever and asthma, he consult a doctor of homeopathy. He took his blood test also, in that his TLC is 0000. What is the cause of this increase? What will be the best treatment for this? How to bring him back to a normal life?
