Thanks for your query.Based on the report of semen analysis of your husband that you have posted I would like to comment that Your husbad has
1) low sperm count
2) The percentage of active progressive sperm is very low .
3) Morphology of the sperm is also indicates low normal sperm count ,
4)Sperm Agglutination is suggesting presence of anti sperm antibodies.
All the factors are suggestive of Infertility There are no medicines that can help to improve all these parameters .
Please consult qualified infertility specialist to explore possibility of pregnancy with the help of newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI to have pregnancy.
