Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Orthostatic hypo tension means , a temporary lowering of blood pressure defined as a decrease of more than 20 mm of Hg in systolic BP or more than 10 mm of H g in diastolic B P . Due to reduced supply of oxygen causes dizziness .
In R B B B there is defect in conduction of electric conduction system of the heart from A V node , bundle of His to right ventricle.
This is incomplete or complete . In incomplete if age is less than 40 years may be due to ventricular hyper trophy.
If age is more than 40 years may be due to coronary artery disease. E K G and ECHO will find out the depth of disease.
So in my opinion consult a cardiologist and deal according to your age group.
Good luck. Dr. HET
