Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi Kajal,
Thanks for writing in to Healthcare Magic!
You are suffering from GERD, The reflux of acidic gastric contents back in lower end of esophagus causing local ulcers.
The medicines are appropriate, if you had sub-minimal response you should have reviewed to the doctor, mostly the treatment needs to be extended a month more in such cases.
Other important things are the you should avoid fried and spicy foods, untimely snacks and Coffey.
Do not lie down in bed within 2hours of heavy meals of the day, the food takes 2.5 hours to leave the stomach.
If you have any further query please let me know I would try to answer it for you.
Wish you a great health!
