Have Pain At Ejaculation During Sex. Painful During Urination, Toilet. No STD. Suitable Solution?

sHI,
I am 45 years of age. From last two months I am experiencing very pain especially at the time of ejaculation during sex. Pain like chilly applied there. Also while urinating and doing toilet, I am experiencing pain. Experience the body heat throughout the day. I do not go to prostitutes or not have taken blood from my birth means no chance of sexually transmitted diseases. Please suggest a suitable solution to this painful problem.
Regards,
Sanjay
