Have Pain From Skull Till Neck, No Cold Or Fever. Can I Know The Treatment For Stiff Neck?
I had what started as a stiff neck , the kind you get when you sleep in an awkward way. Now the pain seems to be radiating to the base of my skull and has gotten to the point where my neck hurts when I swallow (not my throat .... the back of my neck!). I have no cold, fever or runny nose and did not have any type of injury to my neck.

It seems that you might be having stiff neck due to sleeping with un-usual position for some time.
Your neck muscles went into spasm giving this problem.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine.
Within a day or two you will be alright.
