Have Pain In Ribs. Had Twins. Unable To Eat. Suggestions?

i have pain under my lower right ribs. it feels like my ribs are pushed out. so i push my ribs in to feel relief and it feels better. I had twins almost three years ago and had this pain then my obgyn said it was the babies under my ribs pushing on them. I weigh 110 lbs and gained over 100 lbs when i was pregnant with them. Snapped back to my regular weight within 2 months. My ribs have felt streched out since then but the pain has became way worse the past day or two. Cant eat much i get full really quick. It doesnt take much for me to loose weight and i cant afford to loose much. Feeling really tired and extremely irritable.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to Healthcare magic,

I have studied your case,
All your symptoms indicate probability of osteomalacia which is very common in post pregnancy period.
You check your serum calcium and vit D3 level .
after investigation you may need high doses of calcium with vit D .
You can reduce weight to optimal level by increasing protein intake.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
