Have Pain In Stomach, Hip, And Back. Bloating, Painful Urination. Help
I have had stomach pains for 4 days. On the first day it started with cramps and pains all around my stomach and hips and the pain radiated to my lower back. The next day the cramps stopped and back pain went away. The pain in my stomach then moved to my lower abdomen and also just above my vagina area. I feel very bloated and my stomach looks bigger than usual. When I pee it hurts my lower stomach and on top of my vagina (not inside). I haven t pooped for 5 days and even though my doc gave me mess to poop it hasn t worked yet, I still haven t had the urge. I ve been to the docs twice and it still hasn t been resolved. My stomach hurts when I walk, sit, sleep, drive over bumps and I can t cough or laugh either because it hurts my guts. Please help

From the description given you seem to be suffering from Cystitis( Infection and inflammation of Urinary Bladder). Get Urine routine along with Culture done. If there are pus cells in urine it signifies Urinary tract infection, A course of 7 day antibiotic with Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily will help. Provided you did not have previous such complaints then no further investigations will be required. Drink plenty of water(atleast 2 liter a day). Urinary Analgesic like Pyridium(Phenazopyridine ) 200mg three times a day for 2 days may relieve the pain above pubis.
