Have Pain In The Right Side Of The Head. It Feels As A Sudden Contraction Type. Cure For Symptoms?

I am a female, 25 years old. Recently i have been having pain on the right sideof my head. Sudden cramping contraction type of pain whenever it happens. Its been long since it strikes back again. The first day it came about, the attack is constant and now day three it is lesser. However it is still alarming. I would appreciate if you could tell me what or why is this happening

Sudden headaches without any history of head injury are most likely of migraine ,that are seen commonly inn females .
The triggering factors are stress , sleeplessness.
Simple anti migraines drugs helps the situation.
