Have Pain, Soreness And Numb In The Left Hip, Leg And Vagina Area. Had A Fall Before A Long Time. What To Do Now?

Hi guys I fell off my horse 2 yrs ago landed hard on concrete on my left hip. Didn t go a&e could walk but very painful and numb Had X-rays 9 wks later as still pain full and numb but couldn t see any fractures. 2 yrs on it s still numb and sore to touch at worse it s sore all down leg and vagina area. Good day will just be hip numb. Any ideas what I may have done and how I can help it? Best regards Laura

Hi,

As you have a history of fall 2 years back and x-ray was normal, There might be some problem at lower vertebrae. I'll suggest you to go for MRI lower spine. Due to trauma there may be nerve compression on left side causing numbness. Treatment will depend upon MRI report. In the meantime you can have lumbar fortress, Vit B12 and physiotherapy for numbness and pain.
